Binod Dangal is the Provincial Director in Dolakha – district in eastern Nepal that was an epicenter of the 2015 earthquakes. Binod works directly as a clinician and is responsible for managing medical work and governance at Possible’s Charikot Hospital in rural Nepal. Dr Binod is also a United Nations Examining Physician. Previously, he served as Medical Director at Gaurishankar General Hospital. Dr. Dangal completed his MD in General Practice and Emergency Medicine from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal, in addition to completing specialized training in Ultrasound, Echocardiography and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in India. Outside of Possible, you can find him playing football and volunteering in health checkups for underserved communities.
