Srijana is responsible for designing and implementing People Operations policy and strategy of the organization – including recruitment, performance management and professional development. She leads designing and implementing People Operations staffing strategy to support a growing number of hubs within Nepal and building and maintaining innovative talent pipeline and partnerships within Nepal. Prior to joining the organization, Srijana worked at Population Services International (PSI) initially in Nepal as Senior HR Manager and then in Washington as HR Business Partner. She envisions a world where everyone has access to quality healthcare and is driving the change forward. She earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from from Kathmandu University, School of Management (KUSOM). Outside of Possible, you can find her spending time with family or trekking.
